IT Specialist (SCM) IT工程师（SCM）

Job Description

• Level 1 Support of ICT application for weekly mater planning schedule delivery timely.
• Level 1 Support of I2 FP application for daily plan delivery timely
• Work with global high level support closely to fix issue and change request change. Analysis and understand company business process, facilitate work between business and global IT groups too translate requirements and enable creation of value added IT solution.
• Support ICT and FP I2.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Computer or relevant field. -1+ year experience in i2 or related SCM product support.
• Have good knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
• Working experience in Oracle /SQL/Excel VBA programming.
• Working experience in INFORMATICA is preferred.
• The experience of SAP support is plus.
• Strong problem solving skills for technical and process related issues.
• Self-motivated, responsible, eager to learn and learn fast.
• Good follow up skills required.
• Good communication skills and good English skills in written and spoken.
