Test Process/Equipment Engineer 测试工序/设备工程师

Job Description

• Test process certification-GRR and correlation, and process setup optimization.
• New product/ process transfer. Coordinate and follow up all activities from the early stage all the way to final production implementation.
• Daily mass production support-yield monitoring (Web SPC/Thinfilm)/OOC analysis/yield variation/DFA/parts disposition/shutdown, providing recommendations and solutions on equipment troubleshooting, productivity improvement.
• Responsible for test process related consumable and gold disks quality monitoring and usage control and improvement and management.
• Set up and follow experience for verification or failure cause seeking or setting fine tuning.
• Plan, prepare and conduct training to engineers, technicians and operators.
• To be involved in various costs saving, quality, productivity improvement and other value add projects.

Job Requirements

• Minimum BSEE degree or equivalent (like automation) from four-year university.
• 2+years working experience in engineering within an electronics manufacturing environment
• Good command of English, speaking Japanese is preferred..
• Strong statistics knowledge, a knowledge of SAS is preferred.
• Strong skills in process troubleshooting and data analysis and presentation.
• Strong coordinating skills, having project management experience is preferred.
• Be able to work under pressure.
• Good inter-personal skill.
