Job Description
- Manage quality incidence and coordinate with company supporting resource
worldwide for quick resolution.
- Assure customer satisfaction through professional customer support services.
- Perform failure analysis at customer sites and consolidate professional
quality report.
- Monitor customer quality trend, analyze and recommend corrective action .
- Manage business partner to improve overall service to end customers.
- Frequent travel to customer sites in China region is expected.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science.
- More than 3 years working experience as Customer Technical Support in HDD is
preferred.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Good English capability in terms of writing & speaking.
