Job Description

  • Manage quality incidence and coordinate with company supporting resource worldwide for quick resolution.
  • Assure customer satisfaction through professional customer support services.
  • Perform failure analysis at customer sites and consolidate professional quality report.
  • Monitor customer quality trend, analyze and recommend corrective action.
  • Manage business partner to improve overall service to end customers.
  • Frequent travel to customer sites in China region is expected.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferably in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
  • More than 3 years working experience as Customer Technical Support in HDD is preferred.
  • Leadership and good presentation skills
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Putonghua
  • Familiar with PC software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and DOS.
