Job Description
- Provide technical support and technical/products training to ODM/OEM
customers.
- Analyze application and quality issues of hard disk drive in customers.
- Perform failure analysis at customer sites and consolidate quality report
- Monitor customer quality trend in the customer factory and develop quality
improvement process
- Support Sales team to promote/design-in HGST products to customers.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree preferably in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
- More than 2 years working experience as Customer Technical Support or IT
related design (R&D) experience.
- Good presentation and communication skill
- Fluent spoken and written English
- l Familiar with PC hardware, software and PC architecture.
