Job Description

  • Provide technical support and technical/products training to ODM/OEM customers.
  • Analyze application and quality issues of hard disk drive in customers.
  • Perform failure analysis at customer sites and consolidate quality report
  • Monitor customer quality trend in the customer factory and develop quality improvement process
  • Support Sales team to promote/design-in HGST products to customers.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree preferably in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science
  • More than 2 years working experience as Customer Technical Support or IT related design (R&D) experience.
  • Good presentation and communication skill
  • Fluent spoken and written English
  • l Familiar with PC hardware, software and PC architecture.
