You can resubmit your request:
- Call the rebate center at 888.214.9123 and they will have you fax your copies to resubmissions at 800.886.8370.
- Fax your copies directly to Hitachi Global Storage Technologies at 507.322.2419.
- E-mail scanned images of your UPC sticker to
feedback@hitachigst.com.

Where is the UPC located? |

The UPC is a sticker on the box. It will contain a barcode and the serial number of the drive, as shown below.

Where can I find a rebate form? |

You can find several rebate forms on our web site. If you cannot find these forms, request them at
feedback@hitachigst.com.
Please include your purchase date, the store name, the capacity of the drive and the dollar amount of the rebate. |

I received a postcard saying that my claim was invalid. Who can I contact to resolve this? |

Please send an email to
feedback@hitachigst.com and include the 8-digit tracking number on your postcard.
Also, include any pertinent information why you feel your claim should be valid. |

Where can I locate the serial number on my Microdrive? |

The serial number will be located on the main label of the Microdrive;
it should be the bottom alpha-numeric characters. |

How long will it be before I receive my rebate check? |

It generally takes eight to 10 weeks after receipt of the rebate forms to receive your check.

Can I submit two rebates if I purchase two of the same products? |

The terms and conditions of the rebate promotion specify that there is a limit
of one rebate per promotion, per person, per household. |
